Billing
How billing works
No surprises. Here is what happens to your money.
- How does the trial work?
- Pick a plan and pay a Rs 2 activation to set up autopay (UPI AutoPay, card or eMandate). Buddy is fully on for 7 days. The plan price is charged when the trial ends, and not before.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from Billing. Autopay stops straight away and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted, and you can resume later.
- What if a payment fails?
- We tell you by email and in the app, and the payment provider retries. Buddy stays on while it retries. If it still fails, Buddy pauses on your sites, and your knowledge, chats and leads are kept.
- Can I change plan?
- Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay only the difference for the days left. Downgrades start at your next renewal.
- What about GST?
- Indian prices are shown before GST, and 18% GST is added at checkout. International prices are in US dollars with no GST.
- Is my card or UPI detail stored by Buddy?
- No. Payments are handled by Razorpay. Buddy never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank details.
