What drives the price
- Conversations. More visitors chatting means more cost to serve.
- AI replies. Answers built by AI cost more than answers from your FAQs. Good tools use AI only when needed.
- Number of sites and what they are. A shop with a catalogue is more work than a brochure site.
- Team seats and roles. Who can reply to customers.
- Branding. Removing the vendor's logo is often a paid feature.
What to expect in 2026
A small business with one website can expect to pay in the range of a few hundred rupees a month. Growing businesses with several sites, a team and more chats usually pay under two thousand. Beyond that, custom contracts are normal.
